Gentlemen:

It is rare that I ever take the time to draft a note these days.
However, my conscience would not allow me to miss the opportunity
to tell you how happy I am with the job that Pillar Flooring did at my
home this week. Every member of your staff that I have dealt with
has been a pleasure. You accommodated my tight schedule by
sending out someone immediately to give me a quote and then were
able to work me in to make my deadline. Even after I changed my
mind at the last minute, you found a way to accommodate me. Your
crew was on time, polite and got right to work.

As I look at my beautiful floors, I am amazed that they are mine. If
